Check-in
You will receive the house number and PIN code for your accommodation by email 48 hours before arrival. Please therefore ensure that the correct email address is provided when you make your booking.
From 3 pm onwards, you can use the PIN code to gain access to your accommodation. You can drive straight to your villa or bungalow and park there. There is no reception where you need to check in. On arrival days, staff will be on hand to help you with any queries.

You can park your car for free at your accommodation or in the public car parks.
The main car park by the reception has a charging station with two charging points where you can charge your electric car.
Pets are very welcome at Summio Buitenplaats de Marke van Ruinen. The accommodation page states whether pets are permitted in the property. A maximum of two pets are allowed per holiday home (must be declared at the time of booking). The surcharge per pet is €7.50 per night.
Half of the travel sum has to be paid immediately and the remaining half 28 days before arrival. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.
Upon arrival, reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay, depending on the type of accommodation and the composition of your group. The deposit is €100 per stay.
The service charge covers the cost of the mandatory final clean and made-up beds on arrival. You can add a towel pack to your booking for an additional fee.
Some accommodations have additional facilities. In step 1 of your booking, you can specify a preference for specific facilities, a particular location or a specific house number. A surcharge may apply for making a preference booking.
Yes, Summio Buitenplaats de Marke van Ruinen is a fireworks-free holiday park. In the Netherlands, there is a nationwide ban on fireworks for private individuals. It is therefore not permitted to set off fireworks within the holiday park. On New Year’s Eve, however, approved fireworks displays may take place in the surrounding area. You may therefore see or hear fireworks in the vicinity during your stay.
Accommodation extensions are currently being built adjacent to the park. We are doing our utmost to keep any disruption caused by the building work to a minimum.

Reception opening hours vary.
The reception can be contacted by telephone on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. Outside these hours, the reception can be reached in emergencies via the emergency number.
