Accessibility and parking

Where can I park my car?

You can park one car directly at your holiday villa. Coming with more cars? Then you can park them at the central parking area by the park's reception.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

Charging stations for electric cars are available in the central parking area.

Is the holiday park accessible by public transport?

Are you coming by public transport? Then plan your trip using a travel planner and get off at the Steendam bus stop, Weg naar Tjuchem. From the bus stop, it is a 20-minute walk to the holiday park.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are warmly welcome in some of the accommodations. The accommodation page indicates whether pets are allowed. A maximum of two pets per booking is permitted (must be specified when booking). The surcharge per pet is €7.50 per night.

Where can I moor my boat?

If you have a smaller boat, you can moor it at the quay close to your holiday home. This boat may have a draft of up to 80 centimeters and a length of up to 7 meters. Is your boat larger? Then you can moor it in the marina right at the park.

What are the payment options?

Half of the travel sum has to be paid immediately and the remaining half 28 days before arrival. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

It is possible that the reception will ask you to pay a deposit for your stay upon arrival, based on the group composition. The deposit ranges from €50 to €500 per stay.

Are final cleaning and bed linen included?

The service costs cover the mandatory final cleaning and the use of bed linen. You can add a towel package to your reservation for an additional fee.

Can I make a preference booking?

Some accommodations offer extra facilities. In step 1 of your booking, you can indicate a preference for specific facilities, a certain location, or a specific house number. A surcharge may apply for making a preference booking.
