Where can I park my car?

The Havenwoningen have a private car park where you can park your car. Are you staying in a different type of accommodation, or are you arriving with several cars? If so, you can also park in the central car parks at the park entrance.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you need to have your own charging card.

Is the holiday park accessible by public transport?

Are you coming by public transport? Plan your trip using a travel planner and get off at the Gravinnewei bus stop in Terherne. From the bus stop, it is a 2-minute walk to Summio Havenresort Terherne.

Are pets allowed?

At Summio Havenresort Terherne, dogs are warmly welcome in the Harbor Houses. A maximum of two pets are allowed per accommodation. It is mandatory to mention this when booking. The cost per pet is €7.50 per night, with a maximum of €35 per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

What are the payment options?

Half of the travel sum has to be paid immediately and the remaining half 28 days before arrival. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

It is possible that the reception will ask you to pay a deposit upon arrival based on the group composition for your stay. The deposit ranges between €50 and €500 per stay.

Are final cleaning and bed linen included?

The service costs cover the mandatory final cleaning, reservation fees, and the use of bed linen. You can add a towel package to your booking for an extra fee.

Can I make a preferred booking?

Do you want to specify a house number as a preference? In step 1 of your booking, you can indicate a preference for a specific house number. A surcharge applies for making a preferred booking.
