Practical info about Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer

You can park two cars for free at your accommodation or in the central parking lot at the park entrance.

In the village of Hoeven, there are several charging stations available for electric cars.

Are you coming by public transport? Plan your trip using a travel planner and get off at the Hofstraat bus stop. From the bus stop, it is about a 20-minute walk to Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer.

Pets are warmly welcome at Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer. The booking will indicate whether pets are allowed at the accommodation, and pets are always on request. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per bungalow (mandatory to specify when booking). The surcharge per pet is €10.00 per night.

Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer welcomes guests exclusively for recreational stays. Temporary housing for work-related stays is not allowed in the park.

Half of the travel sum has to be paid immediately and the remaining half 28 days before arrival. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

Upon arrival, the reception may ask for a deposit. The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card. The amount will be refunded later after inspection. If you rent a 14-person accommodation, the deposit is €500.

The prices include mandatory final cleaning and the use of bed linen. You can book a towel package for an additional fee when you make your reservation.

Some accommodations offer extra amenities. In step 1 of your booking, you can indicate a preference for specific amenities, a certain location, or a specific house number. A surcharge may apply for making a preferred booking.

During New Year's Eve, fireworks are only allowed at a designated location and within a limited time slot at Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer. We cannot completely rule out noise disturbance from outside, and there is no enforcement.
