Practical info about Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer

Pets: Pets are warmly welcomed at Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer. The booking will specify whether pets are allowed at the accommodation, and they are always subject to request. Up to two pets are allowed per bungalow (this must be stated when booking). The surcharge is €6.95 per pet, per night.

Payment options: You must pay 50% of the total cost of the booking straight away, and the remainder 28 days before your arrival. When booking online, you’ll be redirected to our payment provider where you can complete the payment.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit upon arrival at reception. The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card and will be refunded after a final inspection. For a 14-person accommodation, the deposit is €500.

Preferential booking: Some of our bungalows offer additional amenities, which you can easily select during the booking process. A preferential booking may incur a surcharge. If you'd like to book a specific house number, you can select it during the booking process (for a fee).
