Check-in
Check-in is possible on Monday between 4 pm and 6 pm, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 4 pm and 5 pm, and on Friday between 4 pm and 7 pm. If you want to check in after these times, please kindly contact the reception in advance.

Check-out is possible until 10.30 am at the latest.

Accessibility and parking

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car for free at your accommodation or at one of the central parking lots (check the map for the locations). You may park a maximum of one car at the accommodation. For accommodation type 10F, two cars are allowed, and for accommodation type 2B, you can park at the central parking lot.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

There is a charging station in the park where you can charge four electric cars at the same time. You can use it with your own car card.

Is the holiday park accessible by public transport?

The nearest train station is Tilburg. From there, take bus 142 (towards Best) and get off at the Vrijthof bus stop. At this stop, transfer to bus line 293 (towards Westelbeers) and get off at the Kempenbos stop. From this bus stop, it is about a 2-minute walk to Summio Parc Duc de Brabant.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are very welcome at Summio Parc Duc de Brabant. When booking, it will be indicated whether pets are allowed at the accommodation. A maximum of two pets per bungalow are allowed (mandatory to specify when booking). The surcharge per pet is €7.50 per night. Pets are not allowed in accommodation type 2B. Dogs are not allowed in restaurant Auberge De Hilver, but they are welcome on the terrace and in the café.

Is Summio Parc Duc de Brabant popular during events?

Summio Parc Duc de Brabant is popular with visitors of various festivals, such as Awakenings (July 10, 11 and 12, 2026) and Decibel (August 28, 29 and 30, 2026). Keep in mind that the park can be a bit busier during these events.

What are the payment options?

Half of the travel sum has to be paid immediately and the remaining half 28 days before arrival. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

For bungalow 8L and bungalow 10F, a standard deposit of €250 is required.

Are you with a group? Then a deposit may also be requested. This can be paid by card or cash. The amount will be refunded later after inspection.

Are final cleaning and bed linen included?

The service costs cover the mandatory final cleaning and use of bed linen. In some accommodations, made beds upon arrival are also included in the service costs. You can recognize this by the Comfort label. If the property you want to book does not have the Comfort label but you would like made beds upon arrival, you can add this option. Towels can also be booked optionally. You can add a towel package to your reservation for an additional fee.

Can I make a preferred booking?

Some accommodations offer extra amenities. In step 1 of your booking, you can indicate a preference for specific amenities, a certain location, or a specific house number. A surcharge may apply for making a preferred booking.

Is it allowed to set off fireworks at Summio Parc Duc de Brabant?

During New Year's Eve, setting off fireworks is not allowed at Summio Parc Duc De Brabant. We cannot completely rule out noise disturbance from outside, and there is no enforcement.
