Summio Parcs is part of Dormio Group. With over 20 years of experience in the leisure industry, we specialize in the management and rental of holiday parks at home and abroad.

How many Summio holiday parks are there?

We have several holiday parks spread across the provinces of Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Gelderland, South Holland, Zeeland, Brabant and Limburg. From a holiday park at the coast to one in the middle of the forest: at Summio Parcs you can always find a park that fulfills your wishes!

Which holiday parks are child-friendly?

Children are very welcome at the Summio holiday parks! Discover the child-friendly facilities at Summio Parc Heihaas, Summio Parc Port Greve, Summio Parc Aquadelta, Summio Parc De Berkenhorst or Summio Parc Duc de Brabant. Do you have teenagers who love athletic activities and water sports? Take a look at Summio Waterpark De Bloemert.

You also should not miss out on Senno Kids Club for children aged 2 to 9 during your unforgettable holiday. You can find Senno Kids Club all year round at Summio Parc Heihaas, Summio Parc Port Greve and Summio Parc Aquadelta. During the summer holidays the Senno Kids Club is also opened at Summio Parc Duc de Brabant.

Which holiday parks are wheelchair-accessible?

Many Summio holiday parks offer one level bungalows or holiday homes with a floor level bed-, and bathroom. Furthermore, we also offer wheelchair-accessible accommodations with special facilities such as a modified bed-, and bathroom.

The Summio holiday parks with extra accessible holiday homes are: Summio Parc Heihaas, Summio Parc Port Greve, Summio Parc Duc de Brabant, Summio Waterpark De Bloemert, Summio Vakantiepark Reevallis and Summio Havenresort Terherne.

About your stay

On which days can I arrive at the holiday park?

The arrival-, and departure dates can differ depending on the park. When checking the prices you can see which days are possible as your arrival day.

Can I bring my dogs?

Most Summio holiday parks offer holiday homes where your pets are more than welcome. The listing for each accommodation indicates whether pets are allowed. Pets need to be stated during booking and always incur a surcharge.

Can I charge my electric car at the park?

Some of the Summio holiday parks offer charging points for your electric car. You can use your own charging pass. Visit the page of your favorite holiday park and see on the practical information page if the park offers charging points.

Can I use a barbecue during my stay?

You are allowed to use a barbecue at most Summio holiday parks, except if due to dry weather or other circumstances the park decides to install a temporary ban to guarantee your safety. Of course, using a barbecue is only allowed outside with a bucket of water on hand. Open fires are not allowed.

Does my holiday home have air conditioning?

On the accommodation page of each holiday home, you can find information about which facilities are offered in that accommodation. If the holiday home has air conditioning, this will be stated in the accommodation description or listed in the characteristics on the page of the accommodation.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in a holiday home or apartment?

You will find the maximum number of guests allowed in an accommodation on our website in the description of the accommodation. Children and babies are included in the number of total guests.

Can I book an extra cot or highchair?

Yes, at many Summio holiday parks booking an extra cot or highchair is possible. Easy as can be! Some of the accommodations offer special facilities for children, such as a cot or a highchair. The accommodation description of each holiday home states which facilities are offered.

Can I get a map of the holiday park?

Of course! Each holiday park offers a map that you can see and download on our website. Visit the page of the holiday park and click on the ‘Map’ menu. Here you can take a look at the location of your favorite holiday home and see the whole park.

I forgot something in my holiday home. What should I do?

Did you forget something at your accommodation? Contact the reception of the holiday park you stayed at. They are happy to help! You can find the phone number on this page, in the e-mail you will receive 7 days before the beginning of your holiday and in the Summio Compass.

Do you have firework-free holiday parks?

Yes, we have several firework-free holiday parks. You are not allowed to light fireworks at these parks. We also have low-firework holiday parks. Here, fireworks may only be lit at designated locations or in a limited time slot. View the parks here.

Checking in and out

What do I need to show when checking in to the park?

During check-in we ask you to provide proof of identity from the person who made the booking. You can also fill in the personal data of you and your travel party in your My Summio account beforehand, this speeds up the check-in process and allows you to enjoy your holiday even sooner!

From what time can I check in?

The days and hours for check-in can differ for each holiday park. Take a look at the practical information page of the holiday park you want to visit to see at which moments you can check in. You are of course allowed to make use of the facilities at the park if you arrive before your designated check-in time.

When do I need to check out?

The days and hours for check-out can differ for each holiday park. Take a look at the practical information page of the holiday park you want to visit to see at which moments you can check out.

Can I check in earlier?

It is currently not possible to check in earlier.

Can I check out later?

It is possible to check out later at some Summio holiday parks. A late check-out always depends on availability and may incur a surcharge. Ask the reception for the possibilities during your stay.

How clean do I need to leave my holiday home behind?

We kindly ask you to leave your holiday home behind neatly. It can differ from park to park how you need to leave your holiday home behind. You can find this information in the Summio Compass. You will receive an e-mail 7 days before the start of your holiday with a link to the Summio Compass.

What are the opening hours of the reception?

The opening hours of the reception may differ depending on the holiday park and the time of the year. Take a look at the Summio Compass during your stay for more information and the current opening hours.

What if I arrive after the opening hours of the reception?

Are you unable to check in during the opening hours of the reception? Please call the reception of the park beforehand. You will receive an e-mail with the phone number of the reception 7 days before the start of your stay to prepare your holiday.

Booking and payment

How can I book?

You can book 24/7 on our website. Would you rather speak to someone over the phone? Please contact us. We are happy to help you with your booking or to answer your questions about specific requirements.

Can I also book over the phone?

Of course you can. We are happy to help and give you advice on the different options. Please contact us for more information.

How do I know if my online booking has been properly received?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and your invoice within two working days after your booking.

Can I specify a house number as a preference?

Yes, during the booking process you can select your preferred house number (for a fee).

Can I stay at the holiday park for an extended period of time?

Of course! We will be happy to look at the options with you. You can contact the Business Line of Summio Parcs for more information or send an e-mail to business@summio.nl.

Can I make business booking?

Of course, this is possible via the Summio Business Line. Contact us to discuss the possibilities or send an e-mail to business@summio.nl.

Can I organize a business event at the holiday park?

Of course, it is possible to organize business events like a congress, meeting, team building event or other business events via the Summio Business Line. Contact us to discuss the possibilities or send an e-mail to business@summio.nl.

What is the payment process?

50% of the price is due immediately, and the remaining 50% 28 days before arrival. During the booking process, you will be directed to our payment provider where you can make the payment online. You can find more information in the General Terms and Conditions on our website.

Will I get a payment confirmation?

You will not receive a payment confirmation from us.

Can I cancel a booking?

A Booking made against the Flexible Price can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.

A Booking made against the Standard Price can be cancelled up to 94 days before arrival free-of-charge. Thereafter, the cancellation costs are as follows:

  • From the 93rd day up to the 29th day before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50%.
  • From the 28th day before arrival until the day of arrival, the cancellation costs are 100%.

Booking-, and service costs are non-refundable.

Please contact our Customer Contact Center to cancel your booking. You can find more information in the General Terms and Conditions on our website.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit may be required. The deposit amount depends on the type of accommodation you are hiring.

I have lost my invoice, what should I do?

Can I still change my booking?

If you have made a booking at a flexible price, you can change your booking until 28 days before arrival. Bookings at the standard price cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed. All changes are based on availability. Please contact our Customer Contact Center.

Can I extend my booking?

If you have booked directly with Summio Parcs, it may be possible to extend your stay. Of course, this is based on availability. Please contact us for more information.

Can I book more than one accommodation?

Yes, of course you can book more than one accommodation. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to book more than one accommodation unit at the same time on our website. You can make a new booking for each type of accommodation or contact our Customer Contact Center. They are happy to help!

Children

Are there activities for children at the holiday parks?

Part of the Summio holiday parks offer Senno Kids Club for children aged 2 to 9. For teenagers aged 9 to 14 we organize a great Fun & Active Programma at several of our holiday parks. The current program of the Senno Kids Club and/or Summio Fun & Active can be picked up at the reception and is listed in the Summio Compass. Of course, you can contact us if you have any questions about a specific holiday park.

Who is Senno?

Senno is the big, friendly pet at Summio Parcs. Senno loves coziness and is happy to make new friends at the Summio holiday parks. Being a real Bernese Mountain dog, he needs a lot of activity. Therefore, he is always ready to join you on an adventure!

Which parks offer the Senno Kids Club?

You can find Senno Kids Club all year round at Summio Parc Heihaas, Summio Parc Port Greve and Summio Parc Aquadelta and during the summer holidays at Summio Parc Duc de Brabant.

Activities & facilities

Which facilities are offered at the holiday parks?

You can view the facilities at the holiday park you have selected on our website. You can find them on the facilities page.

What are the opening hours of the facilities?

You can find the current opening hours of the facilities at the park on the Summio Compass. You will receive an e-mail 7 days before the start of your holiday with useful information about your holiday and a link to the Summio Compass.

Are all facilities at the park open during my stay?

The opening of some facilities depends on the period in which you book your stay. Some facilities are only open during high season. On the facilities page of each park, you can see if a certain facility is only opened during a specific period. Take a look at the Summio Compass during your stay for the current opening hours. You will receive an e-mail 7 days before the start of your holiday with an e-mail to the Summio Compass.

Can I make use of the facilities at the park if I am not staying there?

At some of the Summio holiday parks we welcome external guests to enjoy the facilities like the places to eat, swimming pools or marinas. Do you have any questions about the facilities? Please contact our Customer Contact Center.

Is there a bike rental at the park?

Some of the holiday parks offer a bike rental at the park. You can see if this is offered on the facilities page of your favorite holiday park.

Some of the holiday parks offer places to eat and drink. You can see if this is offered on the facilities page of your favorite holiday park.

Which holiday parks have a swimming pool?

The following holiday parks have an inside swimming pool: Summio Parc Heihaas, Summio Parc Port Greve, Summio Parc De Berkenhorst, Summio Parc Aquadelta and Summio Landgoed Het Grote Zand.

Summio Parc Duc de Brabant has an outside swimming pool that is open during the summer months. Summio Bungalowpark Herpenduin has a covered outside swimming pool that is open during the summer months.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas of the holiday parks?

There is always something fun to do in the surrounding areas of the holiday parks. From the most amazing family parks and vibrant cities to interesting museums and stunning nature reserves where you can hike or bike around for hours. Summio Compass & My Summio

What is the Summio Compass?

The Summio Compass offers a lot of useful information to help you during your stay. Here you can find the opening hours of all facilities, the house rules of the park, important phone numbers and tips for the most amazing excursions in the surrounding area. You will receive an e-mail 7 days before the start of your holiday with an e-mail to the Summio Compass.

What is My Summio?

My Summio is your personal account at Summio Parcs. In My Summio you will find an overview of your recent booking(s). Here you can easily settle all your holiday matters until one day before your arrival. You can view your booking details and change your own data and the data of your travel party. You can also easily and safely make any payments that are due here.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can log into My Summio on this page or by clicking the icon at the top right of the menu. You can then log in with the e-mail address and password of your My Summio account. Have you forgotten your password? Click “Reset your password.” Do you not yet have a My Summio account, but have you already booked a holiday? Click “Verify account” in your confirmation e-mail or register your account on this page. Enter the e-mail address you have used to make your booking.

Which data do I need to log into my account on My Summio?

Simply log in securely to My Summio by entering the e-mail address you used to make your reservation and the 6-digit verification code you will then receive by e-mail.

I have not received a verification e-mail, what now?

It is possible that our e-mail has been automatically sent to your junk mail folder. Can you not find the e-mail? Please contact us.

How secure is My Summio and what happens to my personal data?

Your privacy is very important to us. We therefore handle your personal data carefully and protect them as well as possible by sending all data in encrypted format. This means your personal data can only be read by those who have permission to do so.

I cannot log into My Summio, what should I do?

You can only log in with the e-mail address you have used to make your booking, and your account must have been verified. You may be able to log in after resetting your password by clicking on “Reset your password.” Still unable to log in? Please contact us. We are happy to resolve this for you.

How can I change my personal data like my name, date of birth, address or (e-mail-) address?

You can change your personal data when you are logged into My Summio. Click “Profile” to change your data and click “Save.”

How can I change my travel party in My Summio?

Once you are logged in on My Summio, click “Travel party.” Here you can change the data of your travel party. Click “Save.”

What are the opening hours of the head office of Summio Parcs?

You can reach us on Monday to Friday from 9 am until 8 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am until 5 pm.
